MMA or Mixed Martial Arts is a full-combat sport that combines techniques from boxing, martial arts, and wrestling. Our MMA training includes striking and groundwork.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or "BJJ" is a category of martial arts that uses technical skills and training to submit or choke your opponent. Training involves mostly groundwork and learning technical moves to avoid and apply pressure on your opponent.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is designed to introduce our youngest students to jiu jitsu, as well as help them develop agility, flexibility and coordination. The curriculum includes fun games and interactive drills that teach basic jiu jitsu movements and beginner techniques, ensuring a strong foundation and better understanding of our art, while maintaining his/her interest and keeping it enjoyable for your youngster. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods.

Judo is a martial art that focuses on throwing, choking/submitting, or pinning your opponent. Judo is about using your opponent's strength and energy to your advantage. Training in Judo includes learning techniques such as break falls, throwing, and grappling. 

ADULTS & KIDS 5+

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. It’s a type of exercise where you perform an intense exercise for short periods, going back and forth from active work to recovery. 

12 years and up

  HIIT Kickboxing is a martial art that combines the use of kicking and striking. Kickboxing is an excellent option for those who want to focus on increasing their power, speed, and strength. Training includes the use of punching bags and practice on the pads.
