Mixed Martial Arts, or MMA, is a combat sport that gives students the freedom to combine techniques and moves from all existing martial arts allowing individuals complete creativity to fight the way they choose. The sport takes place inside a cage and the focus is to submit your opponent through KO, submission, or decision.
MMA training at Ocelotl Martial Arts will include a variety of techniques, curated by your coaches. Each class will focus on different techniques that ultimately build your fight IQ and improve your striking and groundwork
Classes are available for adults and children ages 5 and up.
Equipment Needed: Shin Guards, Boxing Gloves or MMA Gloves
