Artist Participation Agreement

By submitting the form and agreeing to participate in the "Ocelotl Presents: Art in Motion" event, you, the Artist, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Display of Art at Own Risk: The Artist understands and agrees that by participating in the art exhibition at Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy, the display and sale of their artwork is done entirely at their own risk. The Artist assumes all responsibility for their art pieces during transportation, setup, display, and removal from the event premises.

   
   

2. No Liability for Damage or Loss:Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy will not be held liable for any damages, theft, or loss of artwork that may occur before, during, or after the event. This includes damage caused by accidents, natural events, handling by third parties, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

   
   

3. Artwork Security and Safety: The Artist agrees that it is their responsibility to ensure the secure display of their artwork. If the Artist has any special requirements for the safe display of their work, they must inform the Academy in advance and make suitable arrangements for any necessary equipment or protective measures.

   
   

4. Insurance of Artwork (Optional): The Artist may choose, at their discretion, to arrange their own insurance for the artwork on display to cover any potential loss or damage. Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy does not provide insurance coverage for individual pieces.

   
   

5. Agreement to Display: By submitting their application and agreeing to display their artwork, the Artist consents to these terms and acknowledges that Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy is not responsible for the protection, security, or safekeeping of the artwork.

   
   

6. No Guarantee of Sales or Outcome: While Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy encourages sales and exposure, the Academy does not guarantee that the Artist’s work will sell or that any specific outcomes will result from participation in the event.

   
   

7. Consent to Use of Artwork Images for Promotion: The Artist grants permission for images of their artwork to be used for promotional purposes by Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy, including but not limited to social media, website postings, and event marketing.

   
   

Artist Acknowledgement:

By submitting your information and participating in the "Ocelotl Presents: Art in Motion" event, you agree to the terms outlined above, confirming that you are displaying your artwork at your own risk, and that Ocelotl Martial Arts Academy is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft of your work.
